MARPA Files Comments on the Draft Revisions to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular

MARPA has filed comments on DRAFT AC 21-20C. This is the latest revision to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular. The draft AC is available online

You can find MARPA’s Comments on the FAA’s Draft Revisions to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular online, as well.

MARPA’s comments focused on five details:

  • Reference to Third Party Documents
  • Production Approval Holder Definition
  • Notification to the FAA
  • Suppliers Holding a Production Approval
  • PAH- Supplier Arrangement Elements
